2. Orders
By placing an order with Mayfair Lane, you confirm that the information you provide (including recipient details, delivery address, and gift message) is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
Confirmation of your order will be sent to the email address you provide at checkout. If you do not receive a confirmation, please contact us.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice, however changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and service selected.
4. Payment
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment provider.
5. Product Substitutions
Due to seasonal availability, supplier changes, or stock limitations, we reserve the right to substitute items within a hamper with a product of equal or greater value. Substitutions will be of comparable quality and style.
6. Delivery
Mayfair Lane delivers Australia-wide. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed over to our delivery partners, Mayfair Lane is not responsible for delays caused by couriers or unforeseen circumstances.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate delivery information. Re-delivery fees may apply where parcels are returned due to incorrect address details.

8. Personalised and Branded Items
Custom-branded items, including ribbon, logo packaging, and personalised messaging, are made to order. These items cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned once production has begun.
