Return Policy
At Mayfair Lane Gifts & Hampers, every gift is curated and packaged with care. We want you to feel confident in every order, so please read the policy below before purchasing.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your gift arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@mayfairlanegifts.com.au with your order number and a photograph of the issue. We will assess the matter and, where appropriate, replace the item, exchange it, or issue a store credit.
Where a return is required, Mayfair Lane will provide a return label and cover the cost of return shipping for damaged or faulty items.
Change of Mind
As our gifts and hampers are curated and often perishable, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel or amend an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can usually accommodate changes if the order has not yet been packed or sent.
Personalised, Custom & Branded Items
Personalised items, custom hampers, and orders with branded ribbon, logos, or bespoke add-ons are made to order and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
Incorrect Delivery Details
Please double-check delivery details before completing your order. Mayfair Lane is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Where a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, re-delivery fees will apply.
Refunds
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
